All MyVirtual clinicians are licensed health care providers that specialize in delivering quality and patient-focused virtual care.

If clinically appropriate, our clinicians can prescribe medications.

For a MyVirtual consult, you can choose any one of the following platforms:

  1. Apple® FaceTime®– supported on iPhone®, iPad®, or Mac®.
  2. WhatsApp Video Call– supported on iPhone®, Android.
  3. Embedded Video Call – supported on Chrome, Internet Explorer 10+, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
  4. Skype – supported on any device with Skype installed that has a camera or webcam.

Your personal information and virtual visit details are confidential. Care is delivered through clinicians that seek to protect the privacy and security of your health information consistent with healthcare industry standards.

There is no limit to the number of consultations you have per month. Additionally, you will have the ability to text questions to your healthcare team.
